PTFE-coated wire
We will perform PTFE coating processing.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is a type of fluoropolymer made solely from carbon and fluorine. Main Features It has a very strong carbon-fluorine bond (C-F bond), which gives it several excellent properties not found in other plastics. Heat and Cold Resistance: It has a very wide continuous use temperature range of -200°C to 260°C and remains stable even at high temperatures. Chemical Resistance: It possesses "ultimate chemical resistance," being unaffected by almost all acids, alkalis, and solvents. Non-Stick: Substances do not easily adhere to it, making it easy to prevent dirt and burning (such as in frying pan coatings). Low Friction: It has one of the lowest friction coefficients among solid materials, making it very slippery. Electrical Insulation: It has the highest level of insulation among plastics and also excels in high-frequency characteristics.
